Getting started is simple: charge the controller, download the Stim Spa app, register and connect via Bluetooth, position the glove for correct alignment, and select your therapy mode. The quick start guide included in your box walks you through the steps.

The gLOVE offers 3 therapeutic TENS/EMS modes that you can control directly through the Stim Spa app. Relieve, Relax, & Recharge. You can select the mode that works best for you and adjust the intensity to your comfort level.

Although the app runs on the iOS device, the Power Box can still be used independently.  Please see full manual for step by step instructions.  

The gLOVE is designed to be used daily as needed.  The recommended duration is preset at 15 minutes.  This can be increased or decreased.  It is not recommended to use the device for more than 30 minutes without a break.  Please consult with your doctor for your individual needs.

Yes you can. However, it is not recommended to perform any activity that requires full control of your hands/arms, fine motor skills, dexterity, focus/concentration, balance, or precision.

Remove the TENS Power Box before cleaning the glove. Wipe the inner pads with a clean cloth.  Do not submerge in water or machine wash.

Yes. Do not use if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted device. Also avoid use if you're pregnant, have a seizure disorder, active cancer, infection, or have a known allergy to any of the materials. Stop immediately if you experience pain, involuntary muscle contractions, or skin irritation.
