Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to learn about the gLOVE and buy it from this site, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier or other assistive technology. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we have done

Chose text and background colors that meet WCAG AA contrast, in both light and dark mode.
Made the menu, cart, FAQ answers and dark mode switch work with a keyboard as well as a mouse or touch.
Added text descriptions (alt text) to product and section images.
Turned off motion and page animations for visitors who have "reduce motion" switched on in their device settings.
Added a dark mode that follows your device setting, with a switch to change it.
Built the layout to adapt to phones, tablets and desktop screens.

Known limitations

Checkout is provided by Shopify. We don't control that page's design, but Shopify maintains its own accessibility program.
The product video plays in YouTube's player. If you need the setup steps in text, our FAQs and printed quick start guide cover them, and we're happy to send them to you.
The StimSpa companion app is a separate product and is not covered by this statement.
