2. Health information and safe use

The gLOVE is a non-medical wellness device that combines wrist support with TENS/EMS stimulation. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to your doctor before using the gLOVE.

Do not use the gLOVE if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted device, are pregnant, have a seizure disorder, active cancer or an infection, or are allergic to any of its materials. Stop using it straight away if you feel pain or skin irritation, or notice involuntary muscle contractions. Follow the instruction manual and the safety information in the StimSpa app.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

4. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in [currency] and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your full card details.
• Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

9. Disclaimers and limits on liability

Except as stated in our warranty, the site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, StimSpa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
